Withins Community Vocal and Drumming Band is a new satellite group of Bolton Music Service sponsored and supported by East Bolton Regeneration. The group will meet weekly and will perform on a regular basis both in Withins and in Bolton as part of the Choral Studies department of the Music Service. The choir is directed by Francis Roe and Steve Hignett who are both experienced musicians. Francis is a qualified teacher
